| Degree-seeking |
Students who meet the admission requirements and have declared a course of study are eligible for financial aid, based on their qualifications.

| Non-degree Seeking |
Students who meet admission requirements but are not pursuing a degree program and only wish to take courses are not eligible for financial aid. |
| First Generation |
Neither of the student’s parents have a bachelor’s degree or higher. |
| Returning Student |
A student who has not attended LCOOU for two or more consecutive semesters must re‐apply for admission.
