Elder Discount Program

The Elder Discount Program is for students who are 60 years of age or older. This program waives tuition costs, the student is responsible for textbooks and fees required for the courses. Tuition will be waived for a maximum of two courses per semester. If the student is pursuing a degree, they will not be eligible for the Elder Discount Program but referred to the financial aid Office.

Eligibility:

  • To be considered an elder, student must be over the age of 60
  • Student must be non-degree seeking
  • Courses must be audited
  • Only 2 courses per semester are eligible
  • Students will be responsible for paying for all necessary textbook costs and course fees

Students who are over the age of 60 and are seeking a degree and want to receive a diploma or credit/grade, the student will need to pay for their classes and fill out for financial aid.
