EDU 345 Holistic Assessment
This course explores holistic approaches to assessing children's growth and development in educational settings. Students examine observation techniques, documentation methods, and assessment tools that honor the whole child—social, emotional, physical, and cognitive. Emphasis is placed on culturally responsive, strengths-based practices that inform curriculum planning, support individual learning needs, and engage families in the assessment process.
