EDU 330 Teaching Skills Development
Students will have discussion time to process and develop plans to successfully complete student teaching. Skills will include technology integration into curriculum and assessment with vetting online instructional materials. Students will learn how to monitor small groups either in person or in breakout rooms. Online sites will be visited such as schoology, google classrooms, blackboard or other learning management systems local districts utilize. Candidates may be asked to provide small group tutoring and/or remedial learning or social emotional learning activities. Introduction to data analysis to identify learning gaps and targeted plans for intervention.
