EDU 326 The Inclusive Classroom
This course explores principles and practices for creating inclusive classrooms that meet the diverse needs of all learners. Students will examine evidence-based strategies for differentiating instruction, designing accessible curriculum, and fostering supportive classroom environments for students with a range of abilities, backgrounds, and learning profiles. Emphasis will be placed on collaborative teaching models, individualized instructional planning, accommodations and modifications, and culturally responsive pedagogy. Through case studies, lesson design, and peer collaboration, students will develop the skills necessary to implement inclusive practices in real-world classroom settings.
