MGT 503 Advanced Project Management

Students will use fundamentals of project management to understand tools and techniques available to successfully manage projects varying in scope, duration, and complexity across multiple settings. Overall Course Objectives This course has various cases for the student to explore and develop their project management skills and capabilities.
