Innovation and creativity in the workplace combines the latest research in psychology, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. Strategic planning and vision setting for tribal leaders, program directors, and managers are emphasized as well as creative and innovative solutions to unique tribal busine ss challenges. Students focus on research and development, problem solving, and game theory.
